Job Description






Are you passionate about using technology to solve life-impacting challenges? Help us change how the world treats Cancer! We can provide you with the chance to create a difference in your career. We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Software Engineer to help us continue groundbreaking next-generation clinical software systems. These innovative systems will help visualize and report genomic results that will guide treatment decisions and the enrollment of patients onto clinical trials of novel targeted therapies. Together, we will develop a bio-specimen database that allows linking de-identified specimens with relevant clinical data and enables efficient sample retrieval and data federation.

 

Role Overview:


• Participate in design, development, and support of groundbreaking multi-tiered full-stack software systems.
• Implement and adhere to established approaches in software development, code versioning, software testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with other teams in code reviews, build/release management as well as other discussions.
• Develop effective TDD, CI/CD pipelines and support with automated build and releases.
• Engineers will display effective and appropriate communications skills and will work with both technical and non-technical staff through all phases of software development and release.
• Provide innovative solutions when presented with a complex business or production issue.
• Assure code meets required performance standards.

• Responsible for all project planning and coordination.

 

Key Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor Degree or 2-4 years of software development experience.

• Knowledgeable in ADF, Java, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and/or any modern JavaScript

• A team player, and passionate about learning new technology/methodology.
• Desire to understand the clinical domain and build and deliver customer-centric products.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and eager to solve complex problems.
• An effective communicator and possess team and customer-focused competency.
• Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around problems.

Location: 417 E. 68th Street, NYC
Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite

 

Pay Range $98,500.00-$157,600.00
