Role Overview:
We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join our elite team of developers. You will be at the core of designing and implementing full stack solutions, leading projects from conception through to delivery. In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies and be deeply involved in system architecture decisions, design patterns, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and build scalable full stack applications with an equal focus on backend services and frontend UI/UX.
  • Lead the design of robust APIs and microservices to handle complex workflows and integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
  • Build and manage high-performance databases, particularly with PostgreSQL & SQLite.
  • Develop and maintain distributed systems using message-oriented middleware, containers, and orchestrators.
  • Contribute to maintaining and optimizing a containerized microservices architecture.
  • Maintain a focus on security, scalability, and best practices in software development.
  • Proactively drive innovation and excellence in ambiguous, rapidly-changing environments.

Requirements:
  • US Citizenship
  • Proficiency in Rust, React, TypeScript, API design, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with message-oriented middleware and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong background in Linux, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Proven ability to architect and build full stack systems from the ground up.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, balancing flexibility with structured thinking.
  • Passionate technophile - staying on top of emerging technologies, patterns, and trends.
  • Proactive mindset - self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve systems, processes, and oneself.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
